As standard, our turnaround times are clearly displayed on each product in an orange box, like the one below. Turnaround times shown, are for orders collected from our shop in Plymouth, or orders sent via courier. If you require your order to be actioned by an Express turnaround It may be possible to meet your timescale in discussion with our staff but at an extra cost.
Our turnaround schedule is based on a typical Monday to Friday working week. All delivered orders are sent via next-day courier, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Should you require a delivery to be made at the weekend, please contact us before ordering and we will see if a Saturday delivery is possible.
Whilst we endeavour to meet or beat our advertised turnaround times, your order may be delayed in the event of unsuitable artwork being provided. In this event, we will contact you to discuss the issues and place your order on hold until suitable artwork is received.
Whilst our advertised turnaround times enable us to manage workflow more efficiently, if you’re really pushed for time and need something faster we will try our best to meet your deadline. Please contact us before ordering to let us know what you need and when, and we’ll confirm if we can meet your deadline as soon as possible although this would incur an extra charge.
