There’s a problem with my order, what do I do?

We work hard to ensure your order is produced to our high standards. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong with your order, please contact us and explain the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our tight turn-around commitments, once an order has been placed and artwork files have been supplied, there is a high chance your print run will have gone into production. If this is the case, as your order is bespoke and created to your requirements, it is not possible to cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel an order, then by calling us immediately to explain the situation, you may be able to stop us before we start on your order.

 

I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change my order?

We strongly recommend having your artwork proof-read by a friend or colleague before uploading it for your order. Unfortunately, as in the case of job cancellation (see above), once your artwork file has been received, due to our fast turn-around commitments, there is a high chance that your print run will have already gone into production. If you notice a mistake in your artwork, please contact us immediately, as this provides you with the best opportunity of putting your order on hold whilst we await new artwork. If your order is already in production or has been produced, then unfortunately your order cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Refund or Reprint Policy

Orders are made to your specification and personalised by you, therefore once an order has been placed and processed, no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund or re-print may only be issued at the sole discretion of the management.
