Collecting Your Order

You can collect your order free of charge from our premises located in Plymouth City Centre. Simply select the ‘Collection’ option when completing an order. We will produce your order within the turn-around time as specified for collection on each product page, and contact you to confirm as soon as your order is ready.

Our address is Bretonside Copy, Mayflower House, 50-54 Bretonside, Plymouth, PL4 0AU, and we are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. We’re closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. More information can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

Delivery

Should collecting from our premises prove inconvenient, then you can select our delivery option when completing an order. We will dispatch your order via an overnight courier delivery service.

Please Note:

• ‘Next Day’ refers to the delivery service only and not our production turnaround time.
• Standard ‘Next Day’ delivery means that your order may be delivered at any time until 5.30pm.
• Our turnaround times for collection and delivery are clearly displayed on each product in an orange box.
• When selecting a delivery option, please be aware that it is essential that someone will be available to receive the delivery at the delivery address and time that you advise.
